Print Perfection provides appointment-led photo and art printing services, including photographic prints, art reproduction prints, test prints, printed portfolio production, and small exhibition print projects, subject to file review, material availability, and studio capacity. Any consultation, proof, or production step may depend on the suitability of the supplied files and the agreed print specifications.
Prices are normally quoted on a project basis according to size, media, quantity, and any agreed packaging or related requirements. Payment methods accepted are limited to the methods confirmed by the studio, and any deposit or balance terms will be communicated before production begins.
Where a project requires proofing or a test print, production may proceed only after the relevant review and final approval have been given. The studio may decline to print or may request corrections where files are unsuitable, incomplete, or inconsistent with the agreed specifications.
You remain responsible for all rights, permissions, and clearances in the content you supply, including copyright, trademark, image, font, and personality rights. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the studio does not verify legal wording, spelling, names, dates, or factual accuracy beyond the agreed file-preflight scope.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for differences arising from screen display, material variation, supplier availability, or batch-to-batch production differences. No guarantee is given for exact colour matching, specific materials, or unconfirmed production timing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute arising from them will be handled in accordance with applicable South African law. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.
